I feel you for 'The one thing that's too much' because it doesn't matter what it is, when you're out of cope, any small thing can be Too Much.

This, too, shall pass. It sounds as if you have a support system in place, and plans. You can do it. And I hope that, in time, you find joy in Cleveland and a new balance in your life, and work where you want to live.
