I simultaneously think that zoning is incredibly important and brain-destroying.
Mostly agreed, although I guess I can say that I knew I'd been a reporter too long because, among other things, I could get extremely excited about zoning, and happily get into the weeds with it. Perhaps that was a sign of my brain being destroyed ....
