A while ago, now, I complained about getting chilled right before getting almost overwhelming nap attacks. A lot of interesting and helpful things were said. I thought I'd mention that, while it's not a panacea, ginger tea turns out to be a big help. Yogi Tea makes a ginger tea that has ginger root, lemon grass, licorice root, peppermint leaf, and black pepper in it. Fortunately, the peppermint must be in small quantities, because it doesn't bother my stomach. The tea warms, and not just because it's made of hot water, either. It also tastes good. Yogi Teas makes, in my experience, pretty good herbal teas and not so good caffeinated teas. The licorice is a nice sweetener, and the black pepper adds a surprising zest to the taste.
