Not very good pictures

My phone has a crap camera, I am a crap photographer, and Lady Jane Grey is not a cooperative subject. Nevertheless, here are a couple of pictures:






She's actually much prettier than this. Hopefully David will take some good pictures when he gets home.

She growls and nips me if I pet her wrong. She has been eating a truly astounding amount of kibble. She now growls when I pill her. And she likes to sit next to me. She no longer feels feverish. She's opinionated, charming, and pushy.

Fine grey cat! She does look as if she has opinions about things.

That's the maddest I've ever seen her look, but I do agree that she has a very definite personality and that it does not involve much Putting Up With Nonsense. She growled and hissed at both me and Nuit when Nuit was challenging her under the door; and she gives me an earful every time I come in. That said, she is so very companionable and cute with her head-butting. I think she is going to be like Saffron, a Whole Lot of Cat. Apparently she inspires capitalization.

You underrate your photography too much, she's definitely a good looking cat.

That is a function of the cat, and not the photograph. The fuzziness takes away her lovely beige eyeliner, and the subtle striping on her flanks. She's really gorgeous, though, and becoming very friendly. She likes people, and it's a hardship for her to be shut in my front rooms, not able to socialize. Poor dear.
