Road Notes: Richland Center

So, the furthest my company sends me is Richland Center, Wisconsin. It is a relatively small town which has strong feelings about Frank Lloyd Wright. As is the case with most small towns, it is very much cut from the cloth of other small towns, and at the same time very much itself. One of the things that Richland Center has to offer is a drive-in theatre. I didn't know these things still existed! The last time I was at a drive-in, it was probably sometime in the 1980s, and the mosquitoes were ravenous. Even stranger, there's a poster up in the hospital I work at celebrating getting a good metric on patient satisfaction, and so they are springing for a free night at the drive-in, featuring "Inside Out 2" and I feel like this is a) not much of a prize in the first place and b) it being a sequel makes it kind of worse. Strange are the ways of humans.
