I faced the foetal pig. It was modestly disgusting. They use a new preservative measure now, where they don't have to be refrigerated and they don't smell like formalin. Dunno about the refrigeration part, but the no bad smell part was a total win. They also inject red latex into the arteries and blue latex into the veins to help them stand out from each other. That meant that there was weird plastic inside the pig, enhancing the impression that it wasn't a real critter, it was a clever model. Then there was the psych exam was medium awful. There were questions on there where I had to guess, a blind guess, and I hate that.

But I was prepared for all that. What I wasn't prepared for is an 85% on my math test. I knew I had had stupid problems with it, but they were really stupid, and wide spread. No real pattern to it. I have not had the scores in this class that I expected. I get As, yes, but not perfect papers. Have I acquired ADHD in my old age?

I guess I was wrong, dissect a foetal pig in the morning and something worse can happen to you that day.
