lydy | More about the kittens

So, last night I got up and gave the kittens more wet food. They both came out for the wet food, and they both ate some. Then they started romping around. They jumped on each other, and chased each other. They played in the cat carrier, and around the foot of the futon couch. They looked at DDB and I with curiosity. At one point, they came over near where I was sitting. At DDB's suggestion, I let my hand hang down near where they were. I didn't reach towards them. One of them, I don't know which one, actually touched my hand with his/her nose. At another point, Ninja bounded up to the foot of the couch, looked at me in confusion, and bounded down again. After an hour or so of romping, they went and hid behind the records again.

This morning, I came in to see them. Nuit retreated behind the records, very briefly, then came out again. Ninja did not ever vanish, though he did look cautious and move a bit away from me. Since I've been in here, they've beeen all over the room. Currently, they're under the couch, which is all the way across the room from their usual hiding place. So, they're definitely coming along.

So fucking cute. Really.
