For what it's worth, I've been there, and it...

Aw, geez... I can't think of anything to say that'd even a glimmer of help. It's hard to believe it, and a lot of times I didn't, but you're strong enough to make it. Doesn't take away from what it's like now, but...well, where you're at now isn't forever.

I tell myself, "The med tech will be better next year." It doesn't exactly help with the present, but I do find it gives me reasons to hang on with my fingernails and toenails.
